My rank and stats on the beta server is gone without any explanation. This has only happened to me as I have observed that people still have their rank, levels and stats AFTER this happened to me.

What have I done wrong? Is this a bug? 

My rank still remains on the main server but everything is gone on the beta server.

There was a discussion on discord about stats, and while my stats were reset, it seems some people's stats were not reset.

I wish I could help with tickets, but for right now, everything on the beta server is fairly unstable and subject to radical change. Remember your progress isn't permanent there, it's just a beta test!
