I was playing on arch mc survival and got a few kills on iron players when a Moderator Mathewmatical tells me that I'm reaching

I wasnt even at my own pc and I was playing on browser and he asks me to screenshare

I told him to wait a little cause I was eating and wasnt signed into discord and I assured him I wouldnt log

and while I was resetting my passord for discord I see that I got a 90 day ban

I have never cheated or used any mod infact I was playing on browser 1.12.2

please give me some clarity and I would like to be unbanned

Mathewmatical is only doing his job. He asked this person to screen share but because he refused he had to take action.

so what he has done wrong: Logging out while frozen. (Players have up to 5 minutes to join the Screenshare  Discord after being frozen in-game. 

Severity 3 Client Modification Offenses can be appealed in 6 months if the ban is permanent. (2nd+ Offense) so 90 days is legal

if he has logged mod was right, if he didnt log mod was wrong ( i think he has been frozen cuz he took time to eat and do da dc thing)

He didnt do anything else wrong cuz the rule says: Hacks Found in a Screenshare but he didnt screenshare

I didnt log off when I cam back I had the ban mesage which means I was still on the game when i got banned

First off, he was playing on 1.21.4 (we can see what version you're playing on bro) and he stalled for over 10 minutes, to the point where he got the “afk” label and never came back. I was regularly messaging him every few mins to see if hes trying to cooporate or not, however he never replied. I don't really care about the hate, but I'm just doing my job and refusing to screenshare is a 90d ban according to the rulebook. Sorry bro.

PS. Hes also been banned like 20 times by the console for cheating. In addition, I said everything in public chat and many players were witnesses of me giving him 5 minutes, then an additional 5 minutes just to be nice, even if I could've banned him after the first 5 minutes.
