I am making a team called the Waffle Team, well its basically just the team I'm on with a bunch of majestics, and we making it better after reset, we have members like ItzJohnny360, TROLLMAN, P4RSIT0, V01DYT, Shockwave02_, m4rdr, Ayhoma99 ( I think he's joining ), and more, we gon be one of the most op team after reset, we looking to ally with the sigmahighperfection clan and other clans, and our base will be made in the USA nation by TheImfamousGamer. if you wanna join then yeah just say why

here's the roles:

LEADERS: NotBaconYT, TROLLMAN, ItzJohnny360 (We are the creators of the team and organize everything and pay members.)

MANAGER (you manage all group members and make sure theyre doing their work and not betraying)

RESOURCE MANAGER (you collect the resources for the group and are the head in resource gathering)

SENIOR OFFICER (you are the highest role of an officer, which means you are a good pvper and protect us against threats, and kill betraying teammates)

JUNIOR OFFICER: (you are second in command of officer duties, you are good pvper, and you listen to senior officer)

BASIC OFFICER (you are a officer in training, you do the duties of the 2 higher officers, and a decent pvper.)

TEAM HEAD BUILDER (you are the head of building on the team, rlly good at building, you start build projects in our base and stuff, and you manage all builders)

JUNIOR BUILDER (you are the head builders assistant, you work on build projects assigned by head builder, good at building, and train basic builders)

BASIC BUILDER (you  are a new builder, or a builder in training, you are decent at building, and you are trained by head builder or the junior builder)

HIGH TIER MEMBER (you are a member of the team who does their work perfectly, you follow orders, and is very nice)

MEDIUM TIER MEMBER (you are a member of the team who usually does their work, short time member (or longtime) of the group, follow orders)

LOW TIER MEMBR (you are a new member who got out of the Scout role, looking to climb the roles, and you are willing to become a high tier member.)

SCOUT (you are in the process of becoming a tier member, you are not a rookie, and you are going through a training process)

ROOKIE (you are a highly new member to the group, you are in the process of becoming a tier member, you're being trained, and yeah)

Roles will be paid depending on how high their role and how good they do their work. You will be paid money, and sometimes ranks and tags.

We are not the best team, but we are up there, as we are trying to ally with most op teams after reset, so we can create a team alliance called The Arch Alliance.

Seems like fun but I'm not gonna commit, although I could be a resource manager, just don't expect me to get everything for you guys. Also my first goal for the reset is getting a villager hall and a op xp farm.
