My journey on ArchMC. (A story about betrayal and friendship.)
I joined ArchMC on December 25, 2023 (Christmas!), on my old account, dudeman123. I joined 3 days after the server was closed for something I don't remember. I joined the gamemode that changed my entire life on ArchMC, Survival.
I instantly fell in love with the gamemode. I made a base called Fort Dude. I lived there until January 26, 2024, when sadly, I teamed with Big_Man43. He raided my base, and I was super sad. But then, I met a player who I am still friends with today, their name was LDShadowLady. They were epic ranked, and I was unranked. I heard they made a base called Amphirem, and I wanted to join as I needed a team. Surprisingly, even though they never met me, they let me join! I joined and met players such as dxdt32, rahatisalosser, Lisa, and more players. That's when I started to become rich. I made 100k! I thought I was super, super rich. I then paid Garfield (a OG player who quit) 100k to buy epic rank. (This was around February 2024) I thought they would give me it, but no, they /ignored me and started spreading lies. That was the first time I was ever rank scammed. But I was not giving up. I was desperate for a rank. So I paid about 9 people 100k after grinding that entire month of February to get a rank. And guess what? every single person rank scammed me. I was rank scammed 10 times in 1 month. That's when I lost faith of getting a rank, so I never tried again.
Around mid March, I left Amphirem. I also left this town I used to be in named Bunker_2. It was time for a new chapter of my life in Arch. So what did I do? I made my own base, Dudeworld. My biggest base ever, it was a mega base. I got stacked, started becoming rich. I realized maybe I was better off alone. But suddenly, around May, I took a break from survival. I started becoming a Bedwars sweat. Then around July, I returned! But what happened? Arch had new players. New people I've never seen. And ArchMC was starting to become even more pay-to-win. So I came to see my megabase was raided, I only trusted 2 of my close friends there, and I don't know which one of them raided it. So I just started to find friends. And this is when the saddest moment on my journey on Arch happened.
I made a friend named Critically. We instantly became teammates and best friends. We teamed until around September, when sadly, he hacked me. He was my best friend on Arch. Why? I don't know. How? I don't know as well. He changed my password, but I got my account back from the help of some mods. Around the same time, he quit, and I never saw him again. The last words he said to me was: i'm sorry. I then realized I shouldn't have friends on Arch. ArchMC Survival was becoming corrupt, and it didn't look like it would get better for me. I was also unnoticed. I was a unranked player. Nobody knew me. Nobody cared that I played. Nobody wanted to team with a unranked loser. So I kept to myself, and just played normal survival. I made a small house in October and I just did stuff there, I just built and made my own custom-made village. Then November came. I started to troll.
I made an account, ArchMC_MrBeast. I pretended to do giveaways of 5m, then I think spastics banned that account. So then in December, I was done. It was happy sometimes, but it was also sad sometimes. I was betrayed, scammed, but I also made a lot of friends. So I announced to some of my friends, I was quitting the dudeman123 account, and switching to this account: NotBaconYT. But around December 20, winter break started, and I was locked in. I was making the biggest shop on the server after the ArchMC Great Reset. The Megamarket. (aka Dallas, as Dallas is the name of the megamarket.) I had gotten over 1k+ views on the forum for all those posts, and we grew fast. I got help from VoxelBreaker_ one of my friends who wanted to help with the market. So after I made NotBaconYT, everything went uphill.
I got my dream rank. Majestic. Thanks to a player named FangBrawlStars, they gifted me majestic on December 30, 2024 as long as I paid them extra for their work in megamarket. I then also met a lot of friends. And then around this time, I ran for president of the ArchMC USA, and won! I literally quadrupled the amount of votes people had. (I had 22x the votes of ihaveskillissue :)))) lol) I also led US troops to victory against Mexico, as they stole our oil.
Currently, I am now a well-known player of ArchMC. I have supporters, and there's also the territory who hates me to my bone. But I would say it was all worth it in the end. I wonder how 2025 will be for me in ArchMC.

I started ArchMC on my old account, VoxelBreaker, on April 4th 2024 (the same name I used to use on q13x). I mostly worked alone, and had dreams of building a huge city and XP farm called OASIS, but I could never get more than 20k or so at once (during old Arch 20k was quite a lot - probably equivalent to 200k today). One day, while I was fighting at warp pvp, someone used the slow falling pot glitch on me - basically if you were on Java you could throw a splash slow falling potion on an eagler player, and the effect would kick them every time they joined the server. After this happened, I joined on the account VoxelBreaker_, and 200iq gave me 10k to help me get started.
I decided I liked my new base better, so I started using the VoxelBreaker_ account as my main. When I decided to make a new base, I accidentally did not set the spawn and ended up losing over 500k worth of spawners. Fast forward two months, during which I grinded one million (enough to get on baltop page 3), and I started working on my main base. I spent over 30 hours rerolling villagers, and made the best trading hall on the server. Soon after, I started trying to buy an epic rank. I was scammed over 10 times, but eventually I bought it from one of the few OG legit rank sellers, graceytingg. Soon after that, there was a new update to survival - the quickshop plugin was added. I immediately got to work and created the first shop on the server, ArchShop. At first it just sold enchanted books, but with the help of Doitsu it quickly expanded.
After a few months more grinding, the spawnershop glitch took place - and I bought an evoker spawner for 2m (keep in mind at this time baltop #1 was 30m). I started grinding immediately, as I knew totem prices would fall quickly. After totem prices dropped below $100 (for comparison they used to be always at $1500), I moved the evoker spawner to a new place, VoxelXP. Soon after, a new change swept through Arch - the addition of trading credits in /trade. I spent a few weeks trading all of my money for credits, and eventually was able to get mythic! However, when I bought the rank, I noticed something (no details - sorry) that let me to discover a way to dupe credits. I reported this, and got Majestic rank and $5,000,000 in survival from Badmin.
After this, in early September, 200iq got back from summer break and we began the baltop #1 grind. pq already had a HUGE lead on us, with over 80m, and we had a still very impressive 20m. We began grinding, but progress was slow. However, a huge change was going through Arch: the addition of BUNDLES. Bundles were both a blessing and a curse, as they were the new easiest way to make money and the bane of all PVPers. 200iq and I would buy bundle items and resell them for slightly more, and as more and more bundles were added this method worked better and better. Soon, pq bought 64 freedom bundles that Monica put on the /ah for 100m, leaving us baltop 1. After we finished the grind, peaking at over 105m, I quit for a while.
When I got back, everything had changed. The money reset had just been announced, and the server's economy was fluctuating a ton. We ended up spending all of the money, and bought tons of items to sell after the reset. Then, 200iq's game stopped letting him play from home, so he stopped playing arch as much. After the reset was cancelled, I grinded money and sold basically all of our items, and ended up making over 200m, bringing us to today.
