unless you have a monitor thats so unbelievably cheap it runs like 30fps, vsync should keep your frames at your monitor's refresh rate. A SCHOOL CHROMEBOOK has a refresh rate of 60 hertz, so I can't see why you think vsync keeps your frames lower than 60 :/

in other words, vsync should KEEP their frames at 60, not lower them.
