Then at the bottom of the page copy the link and paste it in your ticket.

NO STAFF RELATED TAGS SUCH AS OWNER, MANAGER, etc 

Total length of tag is max 16 characters including color code. No spaces.

I did that BUT I claimed the tag Before I made the ticket-  - it has been 2 weeks now

wall I had to wait for like a month to get it. So have some patience until admins see ur ticket and u dont need to buy new one JUST WAIT
