As a russian speaker, I feel offeneded that foreign languages aren't allowed in the chat. Obviously there are mods where the server chat automatically translates, but with p2w bundles that are copy and paste, fraudulent activities (not refunding rank when there is no statement that it cannot be refunded), and ultimately 2 out of the 2 trillion mods who are actually good.

again, this has been a rule forever and is there for a reason. in the future it may be changed, but that would require more multilingual moderators (translation plugins aren't 100% accurate)

Please don't be stupid with the rules. Basically, I get pissed when you guys are making such a fuss over, can't this legend community just be chill and not stupid? I'm not trying to pick sides. I'm just saying. The staff teams wants to understand you guys, but they can't if they don't know the language. They make the rules. They know what they are doing. Just speak English and deal with it please. Speaking many different languages is good. However, the staff team wants to understand you, but they can't. What if you are speaking in bad words? And they don't know that? Because of the language they don't know how to speak, they won't understand you and what you are saying. So, please zip it and deal with it. It's not a fucking big deal.
