How do you change the floor to grass in creative?

I tried, but it came up with some random gibberish, and I don't exactly enjoy placing grass blocks across my whole plot.

You hold the block, a grass block you do the command WHILE HOLDING THE BLOCK, /plot set floor hand

//wand is a wand for the world edit after you voted /vote
