I know p2w might seem like a bad thing but the server  needs a way to make money or it could close.

Yea but if p2w is gone then the server will have no source of income including that this is an eagler server as well.  I pretty sure I read somewhere that arch Makesl ike 53x less the java servers so bundles and p2w are vital sources that they despreatly need to keep this server open.
