Mr. Sozo needs to be fired from mod, Hes taken it way too far.
Now, I don't know if u know, but I made a forum about what happened with Mr.Sozo and him banning me for 7 days, which felt like the longest 7 days ever. now that Im looking back, there could've been no way for him to ban me for 7 days, it had to be longer. But Here is how it began, pls grab popcorn if needed, (it gets intense). Here we go, I was on a sever on creative, and it was my last day, I wasnt going to come back for 2 more months. Than Sozo came. Now I wanted to spawn enderdragon on creative for my last day, but when I did, sozo came and broke all of my shulkers, which I worked hard for and organized, and broke it. Now the story continues for a while untill he ends up banning me. Which I understand why, I get it. But I dont think anyone should be banned for doing anything like this, I will get to that part later. Now here it goes the specific amount of days later, I come back, finally, Im going to be unbanned tomorrow, no, sozo has to rejoin. Now I have 20 more hours left. I've been banned for God only know how long, (while I was banned, rightt before that, a guy in survival took my elytra and best enchanted neth gear) now Im not worried about that since I can get more and I have other acc's. Anyways, I come back, and I see sozo, yes, sozo. AGAIN (on my other acc). So I asked him, may I pls be unbanned bc I only have 20 more hours left, and tbh, u can agree, it rlly wouldnt make much a difference with those 20 hours. Now to be honest, we came to an argument. Which all my points were correct. Which I highly doubt sozo is even going to show the chat logs, but if u can see them, pls check them out, it gets interesting. One of the main things I talk about is when sozo told me that its in the rules, Im naturally like, “Wut Rules?!?” I dont see anything at spawn, and I dont see anything when u ender the game of rules. Now he goes on to say that the rules are at a website. Now even if the rules WERE at a website, (which i believe 100% are) how in the world, tell me this, is a new player supposed to know? Im not new, but even old players on here dont even know. Now I make very good points and just because I threw him down, sozo keeps gettin upset and tellin me I cant do anything and stuff. Now, let me tell u, I have everyone on my side while this is happening, go check it out, u can see plainly, everyone is agreeing with me. You cant deny that all my points were spot on. Now, here Imma tell him smth else, to get him to stop bc hes about to mute me, but its too late, so I start typing on signs so I can get him over there to read them. I notice that the mute is only 1 day, so I think, “its fine” but it's alos the IP was muted. Okay, still ok, but was done for no reason. Now I cant describe it exactly how it happened, its one of those things where if u were there, u would've been on my side, I hope ur able to somehow read wut was being said. Now I Just was about to be unbanned, and while Im typin on signs, NOPE, sozo cant just leave it at that, he has to ban me, not just ban me but IP BAN ME, for AN ENTIRE MMONTH. Wut I was doing was LESS than spawning an ender dragon, so NO, AN ENTIER MONTH? IP BAN? I'm sorry but I dont agree with you. He even said, he doesn't care, so now ur gonna ban me for this long and say u dont care? to make matters worst, he said it's not up to you. So wut? it cant be fair for both the player and the mod, it has to be fair only ro the mod, which may I remind u, IT WASNT FAIR WUTSOEVER. Therefore, he banned me TWICE, once a ban, second an IP mute, and 3rd an IP ban. Im sorry, am I the only one who thinks this is wrong? obviously not, because when I get muted, ppl are saying how was this Pluto's fault and stuff, actually supporting wut I was saying, not wut the mod was saying, which their supposedly supposed to do what's good for the server. And than out of rage (Im guessing) from all those ppl supporting me, he bans me, and its not even a general ban for 7 days, its AN IP BAN FOR A MONTH. Im sorry for repeating, but cm'on, don't u believe that's a lil rediculous? Pls, help me out. I just want it to go back to normal, someone was leaked my pswrd and now Im banned, and Im prob not gonna see it in 2 months, so yea, wtf there goes everything I earned… I hope u understand… bc everyone else did.
this is a short snippet, and honestly I get why he did it in the beginning, but he shouldn;t have acted like that for the very first time, after that it was kinda my fault, and after that it was his fault, and this got serious. IDK but I think Mr.sozo needs to hit the snooze button for mod. Bc he obviously isn't qualified based on being disrespectful (that's another thing, he was disrespecful toward me, he literally told me to shut up… bro, wut? this is how u treat clients? someone that is asking for your help?) also isn't qualified based on timing and not even banning and muting for the right reason.
and here u guys denied my request to be mod? here Im throwing down a mod for the right reason, which tbh I've shut a lot of scammers and bad players down before, they become speechless, and honestly, u can tell based on what Mr.Sozo was saying, that he had a loss for words, Its pretty clear. Untill he couldn't say anything more, and he muted me, and than banned me for wut looks like the ppl who actually supported a decent player that actually had the guts to defend our server? and how we should actually make it better, (first by getting rid of mods that aren't capable of doing so) and second, making the rules clear, therefore nobody can have the excuse of not knowing. Im not saying I had that excuse, bc how was I supposed to know? it makes no sense, not a lot of ppl can even access those websites, which Im just hearing about now? IDk… just pls try to underdstand.

All Mods know what they are doing. Shulkers with illegal items are not allowed. That's why Sozo took it all and he checked your plot, he didn't mean to grief it he was just checking if there are any shulkers anywhere on the plot. Maybe a ticket in general. Please don't blame the staff team. Not trying to be mean nor picking sides I just want you guys to know that the staff know what they are doing, just follow the rules please and thank you very much in this legend community! :) by the way great story! It sucks having your plot getting griefed, I know the feeling but just follow the rules you know ;-; no offense tho!
