In survival I know that land trapping is bannable , but Is /tpahere trap is allowed or no?

I'm not trying to trap people, my friends got trap by /tpahere.

Tp traps aren't bannable, unless they are portal trapping, which means no escape to do anything.

I got killed by a TP trap and they said there was a store there and I reported them and they are still there scamming other
