We are currently experiencing some issues with the new store. Issue being items are not being instantly transferred to your accounts.
Before making a ticket, please allow up to 3 business days for these items to come in. They normally arrive within that time.
However, if they do not, please make a ticket and I will assist you in resolving the issue.
When making the ticket make sure to provide proof of purchase such as a receipt.
At this point in time with the new store there is no gifting system. There will be a system for it in the future.
I advise that if you would like to “gift” items/ranks etc to friends/other players, do so by typing in the username of the player you would like to purchase the items/ranks for.
The chest system is no longer available. Any newly purchased goods will not appear in your chest. All items/ranks go directly to your account in game.
I apologise on behalf of the staff team for the current issues we are experiencing.
