I totally understand where ur coming from but ur just gonna have to be patient when getting ranks. I had to wait around 4-5 days i believe for me to recieve my rank. Definetly is annoying to wait that long for a singular rank but they were having problems with their store so please keep waiting.

I did make a ticket and they are doing nothing please help me out guys I've been waiting for like 3 days or more and I play like 15 hours a day and I'm wasting my time basically without rank its so annoying help pls. I sent the order code and everything to support they are doing nothing to help especially gin.
