As of recently, a lot of people I know have been quitting arch for a variety of reason; due to it not being fun anymore, too much p2w, etc. To be honest, I feel the same way. Arch survival is past its prime, even with new updates on the horizon that could revive it. In my eyes, arch was quite fun in 2024, with the release of its first p2w bundles, such as cloud and ethereal. The progression of p2w has gone too far now, with new bundles just being modified versions of Nandaka; and old bundles being completely useless in a fight against them. Before I take a break from arch to focus on school next year, I want to give back to the community with a Majestic Rank giveaway; mostly because I've been stingy the entire time I've been playing Arch and have never given anything away. 

There are a few conditions for the giveaway.

Players with majestic ranks cannot enter due to the chest system being removed.

Also, I don't want some low-quality “Enter me." To enter the giveaway, name something you enjoyed doing over the summer and one thing you like about me. People who include photos will receive an extra entry. If you have any inputs on why arch survival fell off, please type them in a 3 sentence paragraph. Those who do so will receive an additional entry as well. 

To conclude, I'm doing this because I want to give back to the player base, and from my time playing arch, watching PureG and ninevolt giveaways in chat, I know nothing brings people together more than their love of money.

Some things I did over the summer:

In the summer, I usually just hang out with friends and spend more time with family, just going to places and vacations. I enjoyed making new friends throughout the summer and having no school for 2 months, just enjoying the good weather. Not sure how to put an image about it tho.

Some things why I think ArchMC (the main server not the beta one) survive falling off:

I think ArchMC survival is falling off by people getting scammed, there were mostly forums about people raging and getting scammed or getting 1 shot by p2w players. OG people quitting and rando players joining and might take over the server. Maybe more players are playing beta ArchMC survival more than the main ArchMC survival. Idk those are some reasons why I think ArchMC survival is falling off.

enjoyed connecting with my friends on arch lifesteal over the summer. Arch survival fell off mainly because of p2w and rage stacking. The p2w affected arch by cutting off the supply of new players. Usually, after the OGs quit their places are taken by randos, who after playing for a long time become the new “OGs”. But, p2w makes a lot of new players quit due to them being 1 tapped by this “guy in enchanted red leather armor” at spawn. So, the player count is dropping. Also, after the admins have banned rage stacking, most people have stopped doing it. But, a select few have been continuing to rage stack (I’m talking about Mr. KOS by the whole server) and ruin the experience for other people and killing off the remaining OGs, with (again) no one to replenish the player count.

Over the summer, I made a game and helped my friend make a mc server.  A couple of things I like abt you is that you are chill, and that you actually visited my base, which not much people did.

I think Arch is failing because of the P2W and cheaters, and Tp Trappers who never worked for all their loot. Another reason is probally because there are just scams on the auction house, and all they do is sell trash like leather armor named 1.9 elytra or iron thats named netherite 1.15. But the biggest reason is still Tp Trappers and Land Trappers.

I'm a relatively new player, and started playing Arch pretty recently. I've found it a really good way to waste ahem I mean spend my time over the summer this year, and I believe I will get more advanced over time, even if many outside factors like school restrict the time I can put into Arch. I've had almost no social interactions with ArchMC's playerbase, and I certainly don't know much about you, but I respect how you willingly wanted to redeem yourself of being stingy to others and giving to ArchMC community. Lastly, I would like to say that I hope your break from Arch won't be depressing.
