So, two things. Number one, this project will now be called and referred to the Perlan Arena. Imo, dome sounds a bit too much like the real perlan, plus arena sorta personifies more into the purpose of this stadium. Second thing, y'all may have noticed the new layout of this thread. I got carried away with the formatting xD

UPDATE 7/28: I finally started the stadium, so far I have built the entrances and the outer shell.

We got our first review today thanks to iadkf!

The entrances were inspired by the entrances at Providence Park, my local stadium, and so far, I have used a few stacks of prismarine bricks, quartz bricks, smooth quartz stairs, stone bricks, iron bars, and chain.

I am planning on expanding this outer shell, and add signs welcoming spectators.

So far, so good.

So today I had a major breakthrough. Break part of the dirt platform so I can make the actual playing field lower, which means more seats.

I never thought about ts.

So Ima try that out once i get to the interior.

UPDATE 7/29: I didn't do much, all I did was dig a small hole in the dirt platform for the field and for more stands. I wanted to take a break from building today lol

At this point, from what I'm hearing about the combat glitch, I'm avoiding all forms of PvP.

So judging off of what I've heard about the survival reset, It sounds like I might not be able to finish by the time it resets. But I'll keep going and hope that I make it out alive.

Honestly, I support the survival reset, even if it deletes all our stuff, but I was thinking if the admins could keep the old survival world, and open it every now and then for like a week. Basically make the old world Legacy Survival.

That's my idea of kinda keeping the old Survival so we can look back.

UPDATE 7/30: I started work on the main stands, but I only have finished a little bit surrounding the arena. I also changed NotXP a LOT, adding spawners, and reworking a lot of the physics in the farm. Also, somebody donated 500k, although I don't know who did, because I was AFK at the time.

/land spawn NotXP is open now, so go and take a look!

UPDATE 7/31: I did not work on the stadium today, but I did fix NotXP's looks. I made the floor polished blackstone bricks (beware Eagler players), the walls normal bricks (against isun's suggestion), and the ceiling is not done, but it will be stone bricks once it's finished. Tomorrow, I WILL close down NotXP because water will be everywhere. Turns out, I kept NotXP open while I fixed the floors and walls. For now, the downstairs farm is closed, as I will work on that one first. Affer that, NotXP will close down while I fix the main farm.

Tomorrow I also will not be online from about 11:00 am PST to about maybe 2 or 3:00 pm PST.

So NotXP will be my main focus for tomorrow and probably Sunday if I can get on.
