what is the most optimal layout for an sword for xp farming i just found out the max enchantments is 15 so i think inquisitive 4 mending sweeping edge and sharpness but the others i do not know for a xp farm with piglins and pilligers btw 

and what is the best xp farm that i can go to

1. Ambit (it's like sweep edge)
2. Netherling or endmaster, and put the farm in nether/end to do more damage
3. Suspend (not really that required, but you do no kb, so you don't have to wait for the mobs to run back at you) or Allure (pulls mobs towards you)
4. Inquiz(obviously)
5. Ravenous(it's a hassle to have to eat during grinding)
6. Featherweight 
7. Berserk
8. Rage
9. Kill aura (not the hacks)
10. Diploid
11. Strike(although it's simple, it's underrated af)
12. Deranged 
13. Double strike
14. Infernal
15. Soulgrind

You can actually get inquiz 4 from a level 1 enchant, I got it on a diamond sword when experimenting with the etable

but inquiz 4 is a legendery enchant from the plugin you cant get them from the etable right?

You can get any rarity enchant except fabled on the etable, from any enchant level. However, higher levels give more custom enchantments. I'm also pretty sure this gives the enchants at max level, too.

Also enchanting books can give the custom books, I got a lifesteal 1 from that once. This, however, doesn't always give them at max level like with tools/weapons

No, ofc it says something like “sharpness 1” or “bane of arthropods 1” not the custom enchant name. They're kinda like a suprise
