You mean me? Using etable does give custom enchantments

You can check that enchants wiki, or try yourself in the server

Also it's more common at higher levels, but low levels still give it

no etables only give normal enchants its just that some enchants dont exist in eagler, so it sorta looks like it. pretty sure the only way to get custom enchants is through /enchanter
