1 what is a good price per % for legendery dust and what for the others

2 does the reset only reset money or does it reset everything

3 do admins spawn in the master enchantments

4 how do i get rid of 100's of opend unique and elite books for some money

for the first one around $800 - $1000 per %
for the second one reset resets the whole of survival so builds money spawn everything  bloody deep wounds is the one mastery enchant I have ever seen ad it. Came fron a bundle and the last question sell unique books for like 25k a stack and 40k a stack for elite

but the books are opend so it is just random books
