know the game and how it works, no newbies

decent pvp'er, if u can't defend urself when attacked? whats the point of having gear?

special ability, this can be a very good pvp'er, alot of game knowlage or an artistic building style

ranked preferred (gives u more chance to join if u dont fit all the reqiuerments)

y join now? and not later when its better?: The first 2 members garantee admin role and the first 5 garantee mod role (adding randos or ppl who not fit at least 4 of the reqiuerments means discarded from role)
