I personally think that rank scamming has reached an unacceptable level, and I have lost nearly 10 million in loot and money in my trying to achieve legendary rank and I know plenty of other people who have lost hours of grinding due to rank scammers. On order to put an end to this issue I've arranged a list of possible solutions. First and foremost, we should consider reinstating credit trading, or ArchMC could implement a rank trading system that enables players to exchange ranks for loot or money. Additionally, buying ranks might seem contrary to the idea of this being a “free version” of minecraft (unless if you are java). Finally, using middleman can be useful but most of the time they just end up betraying me because they are closer friends to the person I am trading the money/loot for the rank.
