I'm currently making a team after the reset. You don't need to have a rank or anything to join really. Just playing Minecraft the way it's supposed to play so no competitive builds, shops and etc.. Just an alliance and just chilling really. Nothing too big. Nothing too much like having "leaders" or people bossing you around and no name for the team because this will be complicated. Maybe a few XP farm and shops to make some money.
