Professor wants DupeRam12345 to stay permanently banned with no 2nd chance even if he offers money.

It's been fun interacting with the community in the forums, I should do stuff like this again.

I guess the lesson is that you shouldn't betray the people who trusted you nor tell lies to your community, as ultimately, you will be forced to face the consequences of your actions.

If I were him, I would close the ArchMc chapter in my life and move on to something greater.

Dear Players, 

It's me Zarif, one of the Admins of this server and website.

Recently, there have been many reports against some of our staff members on our team and unrest with the decision to ban certain players. 

Let me tell you how it all started.

Monica, the manager of the server, recently started giving out special deals where players could get items discounted if they bought a certain amount. For example, one of the deals Monica had was buy 4 tags for 80 USD. Normally, buying 4 tags would cost you 120 USD, but since it was in a deal you could save 40 USD. Some players, such as the ones banned (DupeRam12345, 200BoxedLost, and others) have attempted to abuse this system by buying the bundle and then requesting a refund in hopes of getting the regular price refund rate instead of the bundle rate.  This is considered fraud, and since it involves real money, it can be illegal. We swiftly banned these players upon the realization of their abuse. Some players who have been banned have been unbanned after paying the amount of money they frauded in their refunds. That is why there is an unban price for certain players. I've also noticed certain screenshots circulating the forums of Monica using completely unacceptable words. The higher staff and I will have a thorough talk with him about his behavior.

I am open to any valid criticism regarding this situation, I am not perfect, nor are the players involved.

I'm arguing for the unban on the grounds that the users in question repay the credits that were taken advantage of. I know that just unbanning them freely would not be a reasonable decision and would never happen. I'm afraid that my words may have been misunderstood or miswritten. 

My main point is that if the users repay their debts they should be unbanned. Sorry if this wasn't clear above. I had heard that they would never be unbanned no matter what.

I'm overly tired of the free dupe glazers, so I'm gonna say it here, and only once. the situation that duperam and 200boxed were in was entirely their fault. By knowingly scamming creds out of arch, they would have ruined the economy and gotten items with ghost money. What x16c did by clearing chests was correct, and I further agree with the decision to charge both accounts with real money (not creds) of 25$ usd. These prices seem fair for a bail which could have had arch sue for instead. Zarif has mentioned that monica will be dealt with for his rude language, but it has nothing to do with the punishment he administered, which I believe is fair for the scam that they tried. Please stop flooding the forums with #freedupeandboxed and #theydidnothing. It's honestly overdone and very stupid. Thank you for your time.

This is how you deal with a situation.

I actually had a conversation with bloxedlost on another server clever teaching, they animated to me that they understand that they had quote on quote duped credits and did understand why they were permanently banned. 200bloxedlost also didn't seem too upset about the ban. I personally believe that these bans are justified and I think that allowing them to pay the amount of money they sole for a unban is completely appropriate. This isnt just a thing you did in game like bug exploting which i have been banned a month for this is a real life crime. Duperman I understand that you may be in circumstances where you can send the money back. Maybe you could request that arch allow for another player to buy you unban.

25 is not the amount stolen, 200 earned around 90 dollars from this “dupe” so really the staff team is being mighty generous

Some of yall are dumb If you think its unfair for duperam he was banned for fraud and yall think this is unfair? He wouldve gotten free credits for getting stuff refunded he couldve gained so much credits if he bought stuff from monica and refunded it back he couldve made bank illegally off this scandal he had even 25$ is very cheap for an unban espicially since he couldve made alot of this he was banned for a good reason and yall think its unfair?? Theres almost always no good reason to a crime. 

monica and the rest of the staff had trust their players and yall took advantage of it now im starting to see what duperam couldve ment when he said “i got 4 custom tags for free” and yall think its unfair? wtv 200 did is prob not as bad, you guys are my friends but nobody can get away with stuff like this it can ruin stuff esp since its irl money related stuff its crazy to think some kid named Wormy was arguing with someone that it was “cleverness” of what duperam did
