you say “no shit it’s bannable”,  but that’s not how rules or consequences work for something to be fraud, legally or ethically, intent does matter. If someone genuinely didn't know it would cause a ban, it’s not the same as knowingly stealing. It might still be against the rules, sure…. but calling it "fraud" without intent is exaggeration…. just because you would’ve known better doesn’t mean everyone does, some people are a little slow, that’s why we have terms like “mistake” and “malicious action.” They are not the same. 

Staff,

If the system was exploitable and staff didn’t make it clear it was against the rules, that’s partly on them too. You can’t punish someone for breaking a rule that was never explained, that’s unfair moderation. And saying “it’s obvious” isn’t a rule. If it's not written or warned, it’s not obvious to everyone.

Valid Arguments
Saying “Monica hates you” or that “everyone hates him” isn’t a valid argument. That’s just mob mentality. You’re not proving he did something worse, you're just trying to make him look bad based on opinion. Personal beef doesnt solid evidence. “He 2v1’d me and trash talked”, okay? That’s a PvP server. How hard ive tried and for straight on days done everything in my power to unban him i cannot lose these days, I have not done it bc i thinkhes right, nor do i think your wrong. You know I meet all my friend's demands and expectations (or try to at least) and this is one of them. I do not have a choice. The fact that i almost never get to do anything by choice is kinda right, meeting demands of my fellow friends :)
