I have a Zombie Spawner in my XP farm that I've maxed out on all the upgrades but yet it only spawns 2 mobs at a time and wont spawn any new ones till I kill the first 2. Even though I water chutes and a kill pit that move the zombies out of range quickly. It doesnt make any sense I have it built perfect and it doesnt work how its supposed to am I missing something like is there a Mob Cap or some type of plugin thats preventing spawners from spawning more than 2 at a time till the first 2 mobs are killed no matter the distance???? PLEASE HELPPP

No there is not a plugin. Have you checked the spawner? When I built mine at first, the mobs would get stuck on top of the spawner.

Chunk borders make sure it’s inbeteeen the chunks instead of in one then you can quadruple the amount of spawners!
