Why my skin is not work?

First one is how other players see my skin. And second is how I see my skin.

 I hate this bug or what is this but how I can solve it?

Its because ur eagler  so to change skins u have to do /skin set (player) it has to be someone java 

EX: /skin set Flowtives

I just created new account. This is my new account.
