How does one acquire legendary dust for custom ebooks? (pls im dum)

using a legendary book from /tinkerer or using 2 ultimate dust from /alchemist

but you got to grind for both of them (/alchemist uses xp to make a legendary dust)

Wait so i did /alchemist, and a screen popped up, how exactly do you work it?

put in the book with the same % or put in the dust that's the same type of dust ex: ultimate= elite+elite or legendary= ultimate+ultimate
