I'm an og life steal who will sell u gsets on these prices as they were the og prices that the mods LITERALLY AGREE WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN

each enchant on armor = 25k

adding the enchants on the armor and using the xp = 25k

making the armor netherite = 50k

adding any trim and any material = 100k

meaning the lowest u can get an armor piece for is a prot 4 mending diamond helmet for 75k (25k prot 4 + 25k mending + 25k adding everything)

the highest is 300k ( as helmets and boots have like 6 enchants, so 25k times 6 is 150k + 50k netherite + 100k trims = 300k)

lowest gsets = 300k

highest gsets = 850k

ur right, it would be easier for other people to buy, BUT it wont be a good profit for the people SELLING THE GSETS. therefore ppl will stop selling them bc its a bad money making method

You do realize though, selling cheap would likely not even go to the hands of a noob who made their first 300k or 500k, but instead just get purchased and resold for like 800k+ by a moderately rich dude.

If people buy at high prices, it doesn't matter how many you sell, people would just buy and resell for higher. The only REAL solution is if you sell enough gsets to the point where everyone who wants one has one, then the price would lower because no one would buy them at a high price anymore.

hypothetically lets say each enchanted book is 20 emeralds, mending, unb 3, and prot 4 that means 4 stacks of em blocks per gset (3 x 4 x 20) and u sell them for 300k, u buy a stack of em blocks for 800k, u make 0 profit basically if not debt

ik mending can be cheaper but unb 3 and prot 4 can be more expensive aswell

u read the math above 4 ench books of each, mending, prot 4, unb3, hypothetically thinking that it is 20 ems each that is still in debt, even if mending was cheaper, it would still be less value or like 50k above congrats

raiding shipwrecks would be a better money making method than this

Although I agree that in a perfect world, the price of gsets should be more affordable even for noobs, but realistically, since people are willing to pay $800k+ for a gset, its really difficult to lower the price of gsets for the whole community.
