Does staff get paid?
I was wondering if you are ArchMC staff do you get paid or is it a voluntary thing?

No they dont get payed, they choose to be a moderator, thats why when you want to be one, you dont add your bank details do u?

Mods don't. Am not sure but admins but Monica gets a cut of all purchases.
