I seen some other posts on the forums speculating why monica was fired. I wanted to say my thoughts on some of these comments.

Yes monica used slurs a lot and a lot of people dont like him, but in reality he says the N word less than, for example, prevail did. The community just scapegoats him a crap load for his slurs when its not just him to blame. Some claim that he is a catfish because of his profile picture too but hes been saying for literally over a year that its just an album cover from an artist named 1nonly, if you knew him from about a year ago his discord banner used to be a different person and hes also always said that hes a man.

Stuff about Monica and p2w. Arch requires a good about of money to operate, their player count is very high for the very little amount of money they make, compared to java servers with the same player count, arch makes 53x less than them. P2W was never supposed to be more powerful than like champion bundle and ethereal bundle. The original plan was for survival to be reset in like janurary so he released some insane armor just for fun as the season ends, on crackedpvp when their season ended they disabled spawn protection and stuff and allowed them to blow up spawn, but development ended up being slow and pushing back months after months and he just had to keep pushing better content to bring in cash flow, no one would of bought bundles if he returned to normal bundles because eotw was very OP at the time. So please realize that he was just doing his job.

About duperram, yall do realize monicas probably not  the only staff who decided to not unban duperram right? im not fully sure but i doubt hes the only one.

I dont think p2w is disappearing, the content for next season is already present, they just took down the content from this season i assume because of something relating to monica, cant say much more as its speculation

im going to keep updating this post as i see more stuff, im not saying what happened to monica or anything just clearing the scapegoat yall keep making, be rational guys, think for yourself.

he doesnt even do anything to really be worst than others. right now aes was banned by a mod for something that  has never been bannable. multiple devs arent doing their job and were fired, survival has been pushed back months due to development. arch isnt consistent right now and they just got rid of their source if income.

no, some of the devs were fired for inactivity, monica was not. i know what happened but frankly its bot anyone's business so dont worry about it

which, ever since the dawn of time, that wasnt punishable, silicate hacked wei wei, silicate hacked voidgod, aes once got into wei weis account. 

they werent punished because staff straight up said its not punishable

Account hacking ban is reasonable it like how selling accounts is bannable even if you are the seller and get scammed

Theuncannypotato he was just doing his job to maintain the arch community as he brought in the income needed to maintain the server. In my opinion he doesn't deserve all the hate. Even though he has used bad language multiple times.  He is a very active staff member and possibly saved archs downfall 

[remember this is my opinion people can prove me wrong but I think Monica doesn't deserve all the hate and helped arch in many ways]
