Is this a problem

So I was bored as f**k one day so I decied to install Ubuntu and somehow in the process, I deleted Windows.

Honestly, im not mad.

IM EXCITED AS F**K

but for real Ubuntu is amazing Steam works and Minecraft works so i'm not missing out on anything, in fact I have been missing out for over 5 years of using Windows. No more daily updates, no more bloatware, no more stupid .exe files, just a wonderful OS experiance. Honestlly, I highly recommend Linux and I bet a bunch of other people do as well. Even though there are some werid imcompatablitys like some programs don't work its fine as everything I acctully use works perfectly fine on here. I also like how easy it is to use Ubuntu and the fact that there are so many people who acctully know what they are doing so just look something up on Google and find everything you need.

Also I do have a gaming PC so its not like I needed Linux to make my PC run faster, but I do notice a increase in preformance. I also like that now I have ZERO prefomance issues in any thing I throw at it.

So if you 1. hate Windows, 2. have a crappy computer, 3. you have an outdated OS like Windows 7 or an older version of MacOS, use Linux, 4. you don't want any bloatware or anything, and 5. if you just want a new experiance, you can always have dual boot.

Overall, Linux is peak. Windows is mid. MacOS is sh*t. ChromeOS is a fake version of Linux (litteraly it is)

I mainly use Linux, but please stop glazing it.

Yes, most distros are well documented, well made, and Linux is a lot better than other operating systems for a lot of reasons.

However, if you want a nice, clean, polished OS with minimal bugs and customer support, use Windows.

There are reasons to use each over the other, but Linux isn't some sort of godly OS - its just more open source and customizable.

I agree that MacOS sucks, but ChromeOS isn't all that bad. When its restricted by schools it can be, but on its own its pretty decent. ChromeOS is just a modified version of the open source ChromiumOS, and while I wouldn't exactly call it “Linux” in the classic sense, it is very much a part of the Linux family - just geared more towards browsing and polished more.

obfuscated,

I agree that MacOS is bad, but I do see how I could have been glazing Linux too much and that ChromeOS is the worse.

I just think that is so mcuh better than Windows in my opoion as I have had probloms with Windows in the pass and I just prefer Linux by a 100 times for my use purposes.

Murica_Man,

Rereading your post I think I exaggerated a bit about what you said - sorry for that. I'm just used to the constant battle of Windows Vs. Linux where neither side will budge at all, but that was not what you were really saying.

Thanks,

obfuscated,

No problem. Linux is complety new to me and I may have glazed it but I just really like it. Windows is good for certain things indeed, as well as ChromeOS. I hope that everyone can agree that MacOS is mid at best though.
