Hey all! 

So, I've been bored on Arch recently, and instead of sitting on my laurels, I've decided to give back to the community by building modern houses to anyone that requests.

I normally quote people 10K to build a medium to large house for them, although the price can be lower if it's a smaller house or if we negotiate. (If you're a friend, don't worry- I'll build it for you for free :) I also do exteriors only. The interior will be up to your doing.

Prices quoted are the final price, including materials and labor.

Side note: I build in 1.20.1, so textures might be different for you if you're on Eagler.

Second side note: I ONLY do builds, no excavation work.

Third side note: the house number is the one in the TITLE, not the number in the playlist.

First pick a house from the list, or a house on Youtube you like that has a tutorial. Like I said, since you're one of the first two people, your build cost is waived (i.e. it's free)

Side note: I DONT do excavation work, only build work.
