Hey all! 

So, I've been bored on Arch recently, and instead of sitting on my laurels, I've decided to give back to the community by building modern houses to anyone that requests.

I normally quote people 10K to build a medium to large house for them, although the price can be lower if it's a smaller house or if we negotiate. (If you're a friend, don't worry- I'll build it for you for free :) I also do exteriors only. The interior will be up to your doing.

Prices quoted are the final price, including materials and labor.

Side note: I build in 1.20.1, so textures might be different for you if you're on Eagler.

Second side note: I ONLY do builds, no excavation work.

Third side note: the house number is the one in the TITLE, not the number in the playlist.

@glap555 try building in a creative world, and see how it turns out. Check out other builders to find inspiration and see what you like and what others like.

also @glap555 I'm good at building interiors perhaps I could assist you. The price would be the same 10k for an exterior, and an extra 7k for the interior, with me getting the money from the interior, and you getting the money from the exterior.

Sorry, but no. If you want to offer yourself independently to the homeowner to build them an interior, that's on you. But I'm not going to be involved in it.

Thanks for the offer, but these houses are one-person builds I can do myself. Don't worry, there are a lot of other ways to give back.

You do not need to ask me permission for this. It is a free server, you are your own free agent, and you can do as you so please

so when its my turn, will i need to pay after youre done building or before you start building?

btw i can pay you before its my turn, or do i need to pay when its my turn? just need to make sure bcz i can pay rn
