Hey all! 

So, I've been bored on Arch recently, and instead of sitting on my laurels, I've decided to give back to the community by building modern houses to anyone that requests.

I normally quote people 10K to build a medium to large house for them, although the price can be lower if it's a smaller house or if we negotiate. (If you're a friend, don't worry- I'll build it for you for free :) I also do exteriors only. The interior will be up to your doing.

Prices quoted are the final price, including materials and labor.

Side note: I build in 1.20.1, so textures might be different for you if you're on Eagler.

Second side note: I ONLY do builds, no excavation work.

Third side note: the house number is the one in the TITLE, not the number in the playlist.

That second one, unfortunately I would need to quote you at 12k, final price. The amount of materials, time, and labor needed require that price. That is, unfortunately, the best I can do for the second house.

Since you changed the build, and the new one requires less labor and materials, I could do 7k for #48.

So, with #61 and #48, the total final cost would be 14k.

As for your other question, you need to provide space in your claim for the builds. Note that I don't do any heavy excavation work.
